Before application, all Bishop White Seminary candidates must become affiliated with a particular diocese and sponsored by their Bishop. To become affiliated with a particular diocese, a candidate must contact the Vocation Director for his diocese.

Once affiliated with a particular diocese and permission is obtained by one's Vocation Director, application materials can be requested by contacting the Office of the Rector at:
